Frog Tragedy

Stop. Let it be the last in this week.

My father had sold our lovely cutest car in the world, the cream ‘frog’ VolksWagon. He is retired now therefore our family gonna be bankrupt if he didn’t sell anything. Unfortunately he sold it to Priska’s boy next door, Eldi, the ghostrider. He will drive it to school and I will feel riot. My father sold it because he had to spend a lot of money for taking care this old car and for paying the tax.

I cried a bit. This is kinda losing your lovely pet. I haven’t seen that for bout 5 hours and I miss it now.

My father bought this VW from our friends in Jakarta. We love it so much. Every time every where we ride this car, all of eyes catch us. Maybe it’s the most wonderful thing that my family had ever had. It’s cute, milky white, shiny, and forgettable. We had been with this car for about 10 years nevertheless I couldn’t say any goodbye. I have a lot of lovely memories with my father in this car. He used to pick me up from some activities in school, elementary school till junior high school. I used to ask him about some social and even scientific questions to him and he used to answer in very long explanation while he’s riding the car.

One day, I and my father went somewhere. In a traffic light we met a foreigner in his car and then he asked my father, “Are you a fan of Newcastle United?” He asked us because of a Newcastle United sticker in the window. And my father answered, “Yes, I like it,” And I just laughed at that time. I never forget about that moment.

And now, I lose those moments.

Daddy, you must know how much I love you and that car…

You all should see me cry while writing this blog.
