Have you ever seen a Turkish girl, sooooo skinny, tall, beauty but full of wound not in catwalk but in pedestrian, waiting some rich men? This is Deavy. Every man must keep their virgin and of course their money tightly when they meet this girl whenever wherever. She is a concubine whom you must keep your husband make out with.
Alright, alright, let’s go to her mom. Here she is.. Dormaida! But today she’s known as Fergie Fergalicious. Omigod, she’s so Dormalicious. She is such a scary lady at the first time. But, no worry, she’s so nice and friendly. Although she likes to order me job vacation (as a housemaid), but she always try to make us at home. She has a very very tight schedule in PTC Mall. Sinjuku Boutique is her second home. Hangin’ out is always being her style.
It’s time to Deavy.
I met her in 2002 at Xaverius 1 Junior High School for the first time. She was so cruel-faced and seemed want to spit everyone she met. I didn’t like her at all. She used to trigger any fight with other big ganks in the school. I’d never think to have friend like her AT ALL. But, we are destined to be friends. We joined basketball team and again, she used to make all of girls in the team want to beat her. However, time united us. I don’t know how we finally can be friends.
Deavy is very kind. She always tries to accept all of your condition. She seemed do what God said. She never mad at me although I’ve been so evil. She always listens to our heart. I hurt her easily, but
she forgives me more easily.
However, one thing of her I really love is her religious life. Deavy never forgets praying and doing some church activities. She goes to the church about three times a week, doing some youth service and singing in a vocal group. And what’s the amazing one is, she never makes them second priority. She always asks God help whatever the condition.
She is one of my soul saviors. I’d ever been in a blackhole when I was 1st grade in senior high school. I prayed but I used to question God why and why. It’s not about the mystery of the world of which we like to find out. But it’s about why I should believe Him. I went to the church every week but it’s just for make my parents happy. I didn’t understand why I must pray and glory Him. In fact I’ve grown up in a good Catholic family and I used to be active in church activity. But, yeah I’m human who fell easily. Riani and Deavy helped me at that time. Deavy advised me whenever I needed. She made me considered that I am nothing without Him. “Do you think you can play basketball with us now is not God’s work? Do you think you’ve grown up by yourself?” Yea, it’s just an example. Since that, I’ve been trying to back to the right way.
And one day, I’d involved in a discussion about religion with my friends. I and Quina like to find out why and how God do this God do that. And then, we talked with Falisa and Monique who like either. We talked and talked about everything till I felt bored. And suddenly Deavy talked to us, “It’s not important to question everything. Sometimes I get confuse about a lot of God’s work. But, it’s not about why and how. It’s not about finding the truth. The most important thing is believing Him. Believing that we would happy if we walk with Him will make us happy. Our brain isn’t genius enough to understand the truth. But we have other things of which we must concern. Try to use your soul, not only your ratio.”
It’s really touching (for me). Now, I still like to question everything. But, I’m trying to use my soul, like Deavy said. Thank you, Deav!
